SEDE NAUTICA - 010 2533828

It is confirmed that, for all summer months, the sailors’ hours at the Sede Nautica are from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

From 8:00 pm to 12:00 am, the dock guarding and assistance service remains operational as per the recent contract concluded with La Portuale and in operation since this winter.

As usual, access to warehouses and sheds will be open during the opening hours of the Sede Nautica, except for any special needs.

It is also reminded to the Members that the Sede Nautica, in addition to the traditional landline telephone number, is equipped with an operational mobile phone used by the sailors on duty, whose number is +39 331 3944678. The sailors are also equipped with portable VHF radios listening on VHF channel CH 74 (both phone and VHF provided to evening guard personnel 8:00 pm - 12:00 am of La Portuale).

For urgent needs outside of office hours and to report any emergencies, it is always possible to contact the Surveillance Service at number 010 2477500.

Regarding parking on the square, Members are reminded that parking cars, motorcycles, and scooters inside the social sheds is not allowed.

Members leaving on a cruise can leave their car (strictly belonging to Members and one per boat) parked in the west parking area. The car keys, with the Member’s name and plate number indicated, must be strictly handed over to the Sede Nautica Office. To facilitate control, Members are asked to display on the windshield, in addition to the Club sticker (which does not grant any authorization), the access permit to the port issued by the Port Authority for the current year.

Members are also requested to communicate to the Sede Nautica, in addition to the departure date, the day, and preferably the time of return from the cruise, at least 48 hours in advance, to allow the sailors on duty to provide them with adequate assistance upon arrival.

The communication of the return time should also apply to daily outings at sea.

Lastly, yacht-owning Members are reminded of the need to deliver a copy of the keys to their boat to the Base Nautica for safety reasons, which will keep them on a dedicated panel.

Finally, as usual, Members are invited to periodically check the wear and tear of mooring lines and related accessories, the condition and correct positioning of fenders (which should preferably be equipped with fender covers), as well as to verify the correct tension of the bow mooring hatches.
