By Car : Genoa is easily reachable by car thanks to the various motorways coming from all over Italy.
For those coming from the South, the reference is the A12 Genova - Rosignano with a recommended exit at Genova Nervi or Genova Est
For those coming from the West, the A10 Genova - Ventimiglia with recommended exit at Genova Ovest
For those coming from the North the A26 Voltri - Gravellona is connected to the A10 at the height of Voltri;
From the North East, finally, the A7 Serravalle Genoa - Milan with the Genova Ovest exit.
Important warning: for those who will use the Genova Ovest exit, please note that the elevated road leading to the Cico area Fair is NOT accessible to vehicles with a trailer.
It is therefore necessary to use the urban route.
By Train. If, on the other hand, you want to reach Genoa by train, Genoa offers two railway stations Genova Brignole and Genova Principe depending on where you are coming from. The city is well connected by regional, intercity and Eurostar trains to major Italian and European cities.
Genova Brignole is only at walking distance ( 10-minutes) from the CICO area
By Airplane. Genoa is connected to the major international airports thanks to the Cristoforo Colombo Airport located in Sestri Ponente, that is 10 km from the CICO headquarter. There are several airlines that link the City with major national and international airports. Once you arrive at Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport you can reach the city center with the AMT 100 Volabus shuttle service.
